Tour Itinerary
1. Hotel Pick-up
Your adventure begins with convenient transportation from your hotel, Airbnb, or one of our designated meeting points.
2. Check-In & Safety Briefing
Upon arrival, complete your check-in and participate in a 20-minute safety briefing where our certified guides will explain all activities and provide the necessary equipment.
3. Zipline Adventure

Important: Upon boarding, a mandatory fee applies: USD $35 per adult and USD $30 per child.
- The minimum age to drive an ATV is 16 years old.
- Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The minimum passenger weight is 55 lb (25 kg), and the maximum weight allowed is 240 lb (109 kg).
- For safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or travelers with limited mobility, heart conditions, respiratory problems, recent surgeries, back or neck injuries, or any medical condition that may be affected by moderate physical activity.
- Participants must be physically able to take part in outdoor adventure activities.
- For the safety of all guests, anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate, and no refunds will be issued in these cases.
To make the most of your ATV, Zipline & Cenote Adventure, we recommend:
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor activities. Keep in mind that your clothes and shoes may get wet or muddy.
- Bring a swimsuit, a towel, and a complete change of clothes for after your cenote swim.
- Use only 100% biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent to help protect the natural environment.
- Bring sunglasses, a hat, and a reusable water bottle to stay comfortable throughout the day.
- We recommend carrying cash for optional purchases such as souvenirs, lockers, photos, or gratuities.
